My Family:  My great family consists of three people I should tell you about.  My father is Minassie Beyene.  He is the one who made me stand by his side during church service when I didn't know what was going on.

Thanks to him, I have recieved many blessings in my life and a great appreciation for the Ethiopian Orthodox religion.  My dad studied Computer Science in college and has worked for a couple of banks, EDS, and currently works for Southwestern Bell Co.  My mother's name is Rebecca Tesfaye.  She is the one who kept telling me that I can do whatever I put my mind to with the help of HIM who created me.  Thanks to her, I have a tendency to make HUGE goals that have mostly ended in successes, praise the Lord.

Mom is a registered nurse who went to nursing school in Greece.  She works at the Baylor University Medical Center.   My brother is Henock Minassie Beyene.  This

guy is 14 years old, and he is already threatening me with the fact that he is going to pass me up by a number of inches in no time.  My bro is starting 9th grade and workin' his b-ball skills.  One day he will appreciate the hard time I have been giving him on the court.  He's one of the best ballers at his school right now.  Thanks to Henock, my parents didn't have to buy me a dog.  Just playin' Henock!  Seriously, we are the
